Canopy Consulting Program

For faith-informed counseling/therapy organizations seeking partnership:

Phone consultation for case guidance
Quarterly continuing education
Prequalified access for their clients to the Canopy Inn Program
Same-day availability consultations for networked partners
Discounted rates for staff/employees and families

Canopy Church Program

For faith communities:

Urgent referrals for church affiliated individuals
Expedited, significantly subsidized and confidential access for ministry staff care
Seminars and workshops
Availability for after-hours crisis evaluations for triage and level of care assessments in non-suicidal mental health emergencies for affiliated members within scope
Discounted rates when combined with church's benevolence funding

Our Phases Of Care:

Phase 1: The Practice is designed primarily to provide stabilization focused psychiatric care which typically comprise of 4-8 Telehealth or face to face sessions per episode of care in order to stabilize worsening episodes of mental illness or behavioral disturbance. After this we coordinate care and typically transfer the patient to long term community care with PCP, psychiatrists +/- church care team/christian/biblical counsellors
Phase 2: For those who who strongly wish to remain the practice can enroll in membership fee based program with two options
- Phase 2A (Out-of-Network Billing Model, The Hybrid Model)

- Phase 2B (Direct Care Model)
